FromeFM is sad to hear of the passing of ex-Free guitarist Andy Fraser who visited us on two occasions. Once for Dave Watkins on the Blues Train and more recently with Alex Hawkins on Homely Remedies.

Famous for the worldwide hit Alright Now, written by Fraser and Paul Rogers, Andy recorded five albums with the classic rockers: Tons of Sobs (1969), Free (1969), Fire and Water (1970), Highway (1970) and Free at Last(1972), before leaving to form Sharks.
He then formed the Andy Fraser Band and released two albums, Andy Fraser Band and In Your Eyes, both in 1975, before that too folded.
In a change to tomorrows schedules the Andy Fraser special will be broadcast at 6pm Wednesday 18th March.
