In October 2012, Home In Frome published a book entitled ‘Working Memories’ which contained stories of working life in the town. The book featured interviews with over 80 people.

This programme (first broadcast in April 2013) discusses how the book came about. It also includes interviews conducted by students with contributors to Working Memories. The students are from 3 Frome schools (Vallis, Christchurch and Berkley) who also took part in designing  jackets for the book. Visit the Home in Frome website for more information.

27th October 2020 sees the launch of a new website, Working Memories Frome, where you can hear, and sometimes see, the original contributors talking about their life and work in the town.
