FromeFM invites your questions for the Mayor…
On the 12th February, FromeFM’s Dave Watkins (pictured here with his wife Jenny) will be leaving behind his usual role as presenter of the local sports round-up show ‘Sport Pie’ and recording a special interview with Helen Sprawson-White, the Frome Mayor.
It will be a 60 minute programme, featuring all sorts of questions about her role as the Mayor and all kinds of other stuff as well. Nothing too serious or political! Helen will also be playing us some of her favourite songs.
Dave is keen for anyone in Frome to send in their questions for Helen to the FromeFM studio.
All questions can be emailed to FromeFM: studio@nullfromefm.co.uk by Feb 11th.
The programme will be available for listen again within a couple of days of recording by visiting http://www.fromefm.co.uk/ Programmes > New stuff.

River Meandering is good for you – Sunday 30th Jan 10:30am
In 2010 Jules Pretty and Jo Barton of the University of Essex published results in the journal “Environmental Science and Technology” showing that mood and self-esteem improved after as little as a five-minute dose of open air exercise. The study found that a walk in a natural area adjacent to water offered people the most improvement.
So get out and River Meander with or without your MP3 copy of the programme.
River Meandering is next broadcast on Sunday 30th January at 10:30am or available to ‘listen again’ on http://www.fromefm.co.uk/ Programmes > Talk > River Meandering
