Frome FM are broadcasting a one hour programme featuring the three episodes of the new radio play by the Somerset Wassail Theatre Company. Thwarted by COVID and the lockdown, and unable to perform live, Wassail have tried their hand at producing a radio play for the first time. What is very topical is that the theme of the play is community radio! Each episode features local actors playing radio hosts and members of the public in ‘call-in’ sections, along with sections to hightlight the work of local musicians.
