On this week’s show we had local naturalist and TV presenter, Simon King, talking about his work with wildlife and launching a FromeFM nature strand and Citizen Science initiative. Over the summer we’ll be informing people about ways in which they can contribute to citizen science projects locally (e.g. Butterfly Count, RSPB surveys etc) and associated subjects like making a wild-life friendly garden.

We also had Paul Wynne on the show to talk about what our Town Council is doing and Quintyn Howard-Evans - Trustee of the Frome Carnival appealing for volunteers and support for this year’s Carnival in the town.
